Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro & Tier 2/3 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹600.00
  • A nominal shipping charge of ₹70 will be applied to orders below the free shipping threshold.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your order online.

Shipping Partners We ship across India through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

Undelivered or Returned Shipments If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. So please double check while giving your shipping details and mobile number.
