RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At VAIPANI HERBAL, we are committed to delivering the highest quality Ayurvedic and herbal products to our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
No Return or Refund on Personal Care Products As all our products are personal care and hygiene products (skincare, haircare, and healthcare), we strictly do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all our customers.
Exception — Wrong Product Shipped We will accept a return and process a full refund or replacement only in the following case:
- A wrong product was shipped to you (i.e., the product delivered does not match your order).
To raise a claim for a wrong product, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Provide your order number, a photograph of the product received, and a photograph of the packaging/label.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund within 7 working days.
Damaged or Tampered Products If you receive a product that is damaged or the seal is tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery or contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Important Notes
- Products must be unused and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for the wrong product return.
- VAIPANI HERBAL reserves the right to reject any return claim that does not meet the above conditions.
- We are not responsible for returns initiated without prior approval from our team.
