The VAIPANI Sales Team App is an internal work app used only by employees of VAIPANI HERBAL, C97, Hingna MIDC, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440028, India. It is not offered to the public.

What we collect

Employee identity and contact details, and work records such as attendance, sales and orders.
Location, only during working hours, to verify attendance and work visits.
Photos taken in the app for attendance and work verification.
Basic device information needed to keep the app secure and working.

Why we use it

To run our employees' work: attendance, sales, orders, pay and expenses, safety, security and fraud prevention, and our legal and accounting duties.

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. It is stored securely on Google Cloud servers in India and shared only with service providers that run the app for us, or where the law requires.

Retention and your rights

We keep information only as long as our work and the law require. Employees receive a detailed data notice with their appointment letter and may ask to see, correct or delete their information, as provided by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
